Kelly, again

I've been away all weekend. The beach, lots of reading, wonderful food. No TV. Tonight I came home, unpacked, threw laundry in the washer, poured myself a glass of wine, and turned on TiVo. To the Real Housewives of NYC. The one on Ramona's rented yacht.

Really Kelly, again? Unless this is the result of some extremely creative editing, she's certifiable. I can't watch. I'm done.

You don't want to miss one word of this.

The Brat Pack

According to The Hollywood Gossip, "Bravo has confirmed the addition of two more rich, obnoxious, talentless women on The Real Housewives of New York City."

Sonja Morgan (presumably some relation to J.P.) & Jennifer Gilbert (entirely unknown), recently identified as the two newest NY housewives, will undoubtedly prove equal to the task.

Just When You Thought

you'd seen it all?  Really? The latest from Bravo... Bethenny's Getting Married?

"As one of the breakout characters of The Real Housewives of New York City, Bethenny Frankel has shared her social life with millions, and in her new docu-series fans will get an up close and personal look at her career. Viewers will follow the outspoken New York City socialite as she juggles her happy love life, plans a wedding and prepares for baby while managing her insanely busy schedule and career as a natural foods chef. Somewhere in her schedule she found time to write two books on healthy living - Naturally Thin: Unleash Your Skinny Girl & Free Yourself from a Lifetime of Dieting (that quickly became a New York Times bestseller) and The Skinnygirl Dish: Easy Recipes for Your Naturally Thin Life - and continues to manage her line of Skinny Girl cocktails."

Hmmm.

Must-See TV

Sure, President Obama signed a stimulus package today, but tonight the Housewives are back. Wonder how K.K.B. will fare against Bethenny, LuAnn, Alex, Ramona and Jill?

Bensimon is a patron of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute and graduate of Columbia,

Am I the only one to sense that five of these things are not like the other?
