you always find THE BEST stuff...love those, the shot from the back is KILLER...
Honestly? I kind of like the yellow, unless it's in bad shape. It's really rather striking and hip!
Gray -- I know, aren't they magic? I don't want to mess them up. I'm leaning toward vintage blue & white ticking...Shari -- Totally agree on current covering, but unfortunately there is some unsightly damage to the limon in highly visible areas...
They really are great!!Why don't you ask Eddie, he's a genius on envisioning a makeover!! I think he'd have some great ideas for these fab chairs of yours!xo
OK then, LaD, I will.
i think they need horizontal blue and white ticking! and cant wait to see photos of the house!! xx
so funny... i didnt even see your comment... and we still think alike! i love mine... (similar shape) and have never been able to sell them.. i did horizontal stripe, they had espresso brown legs (original) and no nails... just piped in ticking... it is our favorite wide engineered stripe... do you remember them?
Pam, welcome back from CO! I remember the scaled-back ticking wing chairs from waaaaayyyy back, but I don't remember these. If you still have, could you send a pic? Would love to be reminded!
btw, love your idea of railroading the stripe...
i will send a photo when i figure out how to... i just could never part with them. still love them... you will never tire of them if you do it... they always make me happy. for a change, i had my seamstress make white slipcovers for them also.
i will do my best to send photo.. i am so bad at that. i could never part with my chairs, i love them too much. and i also had white slipcovers made for another look... xo love the etsy!
